If someone was to ask me for one word to describe Paul and the work he did for our company it would be “over the top.” Well, I guess those are three words. Paul always gave to us more than was required. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to establish or grow their presence on the web. He is incredibly talented when it comes to business growth, and can put together anything from a simple web page to an large subscription site with ecommerce features. If you are looking for ways to increase traffic to your website, Paul is the guy. I’ve never met anyone with as many tips, tricks and tools for SEO. In addition, if you are looking for some sound marketing advice, I again would highly recommend Paul. He is always researching this topic himself, so he is aware of what works and what does not. Our business benefited in many ways through the work that Paul did both for us and with us, and we plan to continue working with him in the future.Cheri Plett

2010 was a crossroads year for me…a 25 year real estate professional in Pismo Beach, Ca., I was starting a new business, PISMODISE, (Pismo + paradise) With NO social media skills, and no real
“brand” for my business, I attended seminars put on by Paul Cooley and 12 Toes Promotions in Fresno, CA. Paul’s layman approach to technology jargon, ability to captivate his audience, presentation
and listening skills, all helped me immensely. On a personal level, I started to understand the need for me to embrace social media & develop a clear and concise “brand” for my company. Now PISMODISE is “the Lifestyle of Pismo Beach, Ca.” We can expand our company’s direction, and I owe a great debt to Paul Cooley! THANKS PAUL! I will be utilizing your services for many years in the future!”PismoPat McCannPISMODISE

Paul’s theme, if you will, was honoring others, others in the work place and everywhere, for that matter. Treating people the way you want to be treated, is not just in the Bible, it is common sense, it is matter of fact, it is the right way to treat one another in the work place, at home, everywhere. “The simple act of paying positive attention to people has a positive impact”. He spoke about how to honor others by sincerely asking about their family, what they do for a living, what they do for recreation, “what normally happens is people always think, me, me, me.For me it wasn’t just the message and the “Oreo Cookies” which he used as a metaphor for conflict in the work place, but how he presented himself, how his audience reacted to him and how he took command of the room with his presence. After a break he gave us a handout that was a rating exercise where you added up points on a scale to find out what kind of animal you are which correlated to your personality traits. It was a fun and engaging activity.
To his credit, all I can say is that I heard a lot of “Oreo Cookies” and “Otters” and “Lions” and “Beavers”, etc. the next day at work. It was actually buzzing around for the rest of the week. To me, it means someone, in fact everyone was listening.
Thank you Paul Cooley, it was a joy.
